The Dune

Everyone is always excited to conquer the dune. Highlights this year included: Zadie climbing it twice (once with all of us and once on her own), Lia loving jumping off the little cliffs into the sand, Gwendolyn burying herself and announcing that she looks like a doughnut (apparently cinnamon), a bald eagle sighting, no wind and amazing weather, a tide that was out so tidepools were full and easy to explore, and just lots of fun.
