These two girls had a pretty great year of Kindergarten. Lia received the award for “future novelist” and said she wants to be a basketball player when she grows up. Zadie received the award for “heart of a hero” and wants to be a scientist when she grows up. Their Spanish grew a ton, and they are very aware of the skills and strategies they use to make meaning in a second language.
