Harry Potter’s Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley

We woke up at 6:30 so that we could be down at the park for early entry at 8:00. Our efforts paid off as we only had to wait about 45 minutes for Hagrid’s Motorcycle Ride. It was a thrill roller coaster and a lot of fun even though it gave us kind of wobbly legs. We then went into Harry Potter’s Forbidden Adventure, and the mix of motion with virtual reality screens made Mama yack. She pulled herself together and we had a solid rest of the day roaming the streets of Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley. We even got to see a A A Grinchmas Spectacular and a few parades. Daddy and Lia ended the day with a wild roller coaster with a huge vertical drop and a big loop-de-loop. It was a long day at the park, and then we headed over to our hotel at Disney Springs, which was clean, spacious, charming, and comfy—exactly what we needed.
