Z is our little lefty, and she has all sorts of strange left-handed learning differences. She often writes words completely backwards and tends to reverse many letters. We have chalked it up to the fact that it is more comfortable to pull your pencil than it is to push your pencil across the paper. Recently, we've been practicing some more formal handwriting techniques where she has to form letters "correctly." Interestingly, she has accommodated by completing turning her paper 90 degrees so that she can still pull her pencil across the page.
