Figurative Language

The twins have been very into creating original figurative language phrases lately. Some of our favorites--I'm thirstiest than a river. I'm as cold as an ice cube. 

Some of the phrases are more on target than others, but they always catch us by surprise when we hear them. Though, I'm not sure why anything that comes out of their mouths should surprise us anymore.
