Ballet Part Deux

We started a new ballet program through Mama's school today and love it. This is some serious ballet with Tondus and ballet arms. We liked it. 

 

 

 

Hidden Talents

So, maybe Adriana needs to pick up some extra work as a face painter. She has some very willing models. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Figurative Language

The twins have been very into creating original figurative language phrases lately. Some of our favorites--I'm thirstiest than a river. I'm as cold as an ice cube. 

Some of the phrases are more on target than others, but they always catch us by surprise when we hear them. Though, I'm not sure why anything that comes out of their mouths should surprise us anymore. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After Church Lunches

 We love going to Babe's with our buddy, Evan. 

 

Nakedness

These girls love love love getting naked after dinner before their bath. Here they were chanting, "we are going to naked church" as they marched around with backpacks and birthday suits.

After watching kids at Mama's school share their talents, two little girls could hardly wait for their turns.

Princess Party

We went to a princess party today. Elsa, Aurora, and Tiana sure know how to play hard. 

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gwendolyn's New Bed

We spent the morning shopping for a new bed for Gwendolyn. We tried several out...

 

 

Lobbied for some new stuffed animals...

 

 

 

...and settled on a classic from Pottery Barn Kids. 

She looked very tiny in it, so she brought in some company... 

...and she still had lots of room, so brought in more company...

 

 

 

Hopefully it will suit her well, and she won't try escaping. 

 

Sick

We spent the better part of two weeks fighting off stomach bugs, fevers, colds, and coughs. Thankfully, we're all on the mend.
