Happy 9th Birthday, Gwendolyn!
When we lived in Texas, Gwendolyn had a nanny whom she loved very much. Her name was Adrianna. Every day we would come home and ask how Gwendolyn behaved. Adrianna would shrug her shoulders and say “Es Gwendolyn.” What she meant is that Gwendolyn is a very unique little girl. One minute, she’ll be the most helpful, sweet person in the room. The next minute, she'll be doing something naughty. Then, she'll do cartwheels
across the house so that she can curl up and read a book on the couch. In other words, what makes Gwendolyn special is that she’s unpredictable and full of surprises. Her surprises will fill your heart with love, spark concern for her safety, and make you laugh all at once. One thing we know for sure is that our family became complete the day she arrived. We love her more than we can say and cannot wait to watch her grow into a young woman.
PS - She has the most infectious laugh.
PPS- She has the most beautiful eyes and gives incredible hugs.
PPPS- but she has a concerning
addiction to jumpers. She doesn't want to wear anything else.
PPPPS- Her sneezes can wake
the dead.
