Phoenix Vacation

The first Monday of Soring Break brought all sorts of surprises for the girls. We’re moving to Phoenix this summer. We’re going to Phoenix for vacation in a few hours to choose a house. 
They were good little troopers with some late night flights. 



They loved sleeping in the same bed at the hotel. 

They got some fun ice cream after the first long day of house hunting. 



We were going to ride horses, but it rained—go figure—so we went to the Children’s Museum instead. 

After a good time in Phoenix, we made another late night return to Dallas to say goodbye for 3 more months.

Zadie andi Lia’s Kindergarten teacher doesn’t even need to worry about her evaluation observations. She gets evaluated every evening even these two come home and teach everyone the lesson complete with phrases such as “you’re going to need to stay on your pockets if you want to sit with the class,” or “we’re going to organize the dominoes. Can you say or-gan-ize?”

Daddy took his 3 girls for a special dinner at Babe’s when Mama had to be out of town for a night. 

I Feel Better When I’m Dancing

All 3 girls love to dance and got to dance at the high school high steppers Spring Show as well as Ballet Folklorico. With it without an audience, Lia especially, is always performing on a stage—real or imagined.
